Hi, my name is Al. I have five kids and enjoy family life. I have been a public school teacher and am now self-employed. I love my family and enjoy football, baseball, fishing, woodwork and playing with my kids.

I also enjoy reading and writing. I have been learning about alternative medicine and natural remedies for over 20 years. I, my family and many others have experienced amazing results with alternative treatments and remedies. With five kids, we've had plenty of opportunities to experiment and learn (lol). Some such treatments work better than others, but the ones we continue to use have demonstrated success many times.
